(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 151.01 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.

(C) Any person guilty of violating the provisions of § 151.04 shall be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to a fine of $250.
(D) Failure to comply with § 151.19(A) in digging or excavating in a street in the city shall be a misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $200.

(E) Any contractor, carrier, or owner failing to obtain any permit required by §§ 151.55 through 151.60 shall be fined the sum of $750 per day for each day of construction with such permit. Any contractor, carrier, or owner failing to comply with any of the other requirements of §§ 151.55 through 151.60 or make appropriate filings, as required herein, shall be fined the sum of $100 per day for each day any such violation continues.
