(A) Plans for construction. Complete plans showing the location of all underground wires to be constructed in relation to any streets, alleys, or other public facilities shall be provided to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director prior to the issuance of any permit.
(B) As-built plans. Complete “as-built” plans shall be provided, approved by the Public Works Director, and filed with the City Clerk within seven days of completion of any installation.
