§ 130.01 PEACE DISTURBANCE; ABUSIVE LANGUAGE AND THREATS.
   (A)   Peace disturbance. No person shall disturb the peace of the city or quiet of any private family or person therein by loud or unusual noises or by violent and tumultuous carriage or by shouting, cursing, quarreling, challenging to fight, fighting, or by any other disorderly conduct.

   (B)   Breach of peace, threats, and abusive language. No person shall provoke a breach of the peace or shall use any violent, threatening, profane, or indecent language to or concerning the disturbance of any person or shall use any threatening, reproaching, or abusive language to or concerning any other person, tending to provoke a breach of the peace.
