§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $200.

   (B)   (1)   Violations of § 111.05 by any licensee shall be prosecuted in a hearing before the City Liquor Commissioner, and such licensee shall be fined and punished as follows:
         (a)   For the first offense: a $100 fine and a one-week suspension of the licensee’s liquor license;
         (b)   For the second offense within one calendar year of the first offense: a $500 fine and four week’s suspension of the licensee’s liquor license; and
         (c)   For the third offense within one calendar year of the first offense: a $1,000 fine and revocation of the licensee’s liquor license for one year.
      (2)   Each separate violation by each separate minor shall be considered a separate offense for purposes of this division (B), notwithstanding that the violation may occur on the same day or at the same time.
      (3)   Any person under the age of 21 years present in any licensed liquor establishment in violation of this § 111.05 unaccompanied by a parent or guardian shall be fined the sum of $100 for each offense, such offense to be prosecuted in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit.

   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 111.06 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $200.

   (D)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 111.45 and 111.48 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500, notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter.

   (E)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 111.46 shall, upon conviction, be fined by a fine of not less that $300 nor more than $500 for each such offense.
