§ 111.46 SALES RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   No licensee nor any officer, associate, member, representative, agent, or employee of such licensee shall sell, give, or deliver alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of 21 years or to any intoxicated person or to any person known to him or her to be a habitual drunkard, spendthrift, insane, mentally ill, mentally deficient, or in need of mental treatment. It shall not be a violation of this division (A) for a licensee or his or her representative to sell alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of 21 years where said licensee or his or her representative reasonably relied on an identification card or license or other certificate issued by a governmental agency showing the minor to be 21 years of age or older at the time of the purchase.
   (B)   No person, after purchasing or otherwise obtaining alcoholic liquors, shall sell, give, or deliver such alcoholic liquor to another person under the age of 21 except in the performance of a religious ceremony or service.
   (C)   No person under the age of 21 years shall purchase from any licensee or his or her representative any alcoholic liquor.
