§ 111.05 PRESENCE OF MINORS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee to permit any minor, without the consent of his or her parents or any idiot, insane person, or person for whom a guardian or conservator has been appointed, without the consent of his or her guardian or conservator, or any intoxicated person to loiter or remain in or about the premises where alcoholic liquors are licensed to be sold or offered for sale.
   (B)   (1)   The presence of any person under the age of 21 years is hereby prohibited after 9:00 p.m. local time each day until closing on the premises of any establishment holding a Class A, B, or D liquor license where alcoholic liquor is drawn, poured, mixed, or otherwise served for consumption on the premises, unless such person under the age of 21 years is accompanied by a parent or court-appointed legal guardian.
      (2)   The prohibition in division (B)(1) above also applies to employees, waitresses, servers, or other personnel of the businesses named herein. The presence of such persons is prohibited on the premises of establishments holding a Class A, B, or D liquor license, after 9:00 p.m., local time, each day and until closing, unless such person under the age of 21 years is accompanied by a parent or court-appointed legal guardian.
      (3)   It shall be the responsibility of the liquor licensee to ascertain the age of persons in their premises and prohibit any person under the age of 21 years to be on the premises of such establishment unless accompanied by a parent or court-appointed legal guardian.
      (4)   This provision shall be enforced by the City Police Department or any other law enforcement officer in the state.
