It shall be unlawful for a licensee or his, her, or its agents or employees to:
(A) Sell, offer for sale, give away, serve, or dispense any alcoholic liquors; or
(B) To allow or suffer customers or any persons other than the licensee or his or her employees, to be present in or on the premises specified on such licensee’s license between the hours of 1:00 a.m., local time, on Sunday and 11:00 a.m., local time, on Sunday and between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., local time, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of any week; except, Class B, D, and E licensees may be open or have persons present at any time.
