§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of § 93.01 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount not exceeding $500. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable hereunder as such.

   (C)   Any violation of §§ 93.15 through 93.17 shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day that the violation occurs shall be considered a separate offense.
