350.03 REGULATION OF COMMERCIAL QUADRICYCLES.

   (a)   The Director of Finance, Director of Engineering, and Chief of Police shall establish, and from time to time may amend, revoke or add to, such rules and regulations for the administration of this ordinance and such regulations shall be available to the public in person or on the City website.

      (1)    Pilot Program. The rules and regulations promulgated by the Finance, Director of Engineering, and Chief of Police for the Pilot Program shall be for a period of three (3) years unless otherwise earlier terminated by ordinance. Prior to the expiration of the time for the Pilot Program, the Director of Engineering shall make a report to Council with recommendations for retention, termination, or modification of the program.

   (b)   All passengers of a commercial quadricycle within the City shall be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

   (c)    No person shall operate a commercial quadricycle within the City of Hamilton contrary to regulations promulgated pursuant to Section 350.03 or contrary to federal, state, or local law. (Ord. 2023-7-66. Passed 7-12-23.)
