349.10 REGULATION OF LOW-SPEED FOR HIRE VEHICLES.

(a) The Director of Finance, Director of Engineering, and Chief of Police shall establish, and from time to time may amend, revoke or add to, such rules and regulations for the administration of this chapter and such regulations shall be available to the public in person or on the City website.

(b) No person shall operate a low-speed for hire vehicle within the City of Hamilton contrary to regulations promulgated pursuant to Section 349.10.
