1905.15 ORDER TO VACATE.

      (a)    Whenever a building, structure, dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming house, rooming unit, or other property has been designated as unfit for human habitation as provided in Section 1905.13, the Executive Director of External Services may order the building, structure, dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming house, rooming unit, or property to be vacated.

   (b)    Notwithstanding any other provision of the Housing and Property Maintenance Codes, such an order as described in subsection (a) above shall be effective immediately upon posting on the property that is the subject of the order and shall be complied with immediately or as otherwise provided. A copy of such order shall be forwarded to the owner or operator by regular mail to said person's residence, regular place of business, or last known address, but the effective date of such order shall remain the date on which it was posted pursuant to this Section 1905.15.
