1781.04 PENALTY.

Any violation of Section 1781.02 is liable to the City of Hamilton for a civil offense. The Director of Health, his/her designee, or a law enforcement officer, who by observation ascertains a violation of this chapter, may issue a citation for violating Section 1781.02. Upon any offense a violator shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00).
