111.01 MEETINGS.

   Unless a different time or date is established pursuant to this section, Council shall meet in regular session at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. However, Council may adopt a motion during any regular Council meeting designating a time and day other than 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month when Council shall meet. The meeting required by the provisions of Section 3.03 of the City Charter shall be in lieu of any meeting otherwise required to be held within one week thereafter. Should any holiday fall upon the date for a regular meeting, Council shall appoint another day within the same month in lieu thereof. Whenever Council deems it desirable to hold meetings additional to its regular meetings, it shall adjourn to such days as it appoints therefor and shall a such meetings confine its transactions to the subjects stated for such meetings at the time of such adjournment.
