533.101 IDENTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION OF PHOTOGRAPHS OF INDIVIDUALS CONVICTED OF SOLICITATION, PROSTITUTION AND PROHIBITED SEXUAL MISCONDUCT ACTIVITY.

   Upon the conviction of the provisions of Sections 533.05, 533.08, 533.09, 533.091 and 533.10 hereof, together with Ohio R.C. 2907.07, 2907.21, 2907.22, 2907.23, 2907.24, 2907.241 and 2907.25, and upon the exhaustion of all appeals to which any individual charged with committing the offenses set forth in the aforesaid sections is entitled and exercises, the City Manager is hereby authorized to identify and publish the photographs of such individuals in newspapers and publications of general circulation, including the Hamilton Journal News.
