533.10 PROSTITUTION.

   (a)   No person shall engage in sexual activity for hire.

   (b)   Any vehicle, motor vehicle, motorcycle, motorized bicycle, truck or bus used for the purpose of committing or facilitating prostitution, or used or kept for the use of prostitutes, is hereby declared to be a nuisance and contraband, and such vehicle, motor vehicle, motorcycle, motorized bicycle, truck or bus, and the contents thereof, are also hereby declared to be a nuisance and contraband, and such nuisance and contraband shall be enjoined and abated by the institution of forfeiture proceedings pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2933.43.
