353.13 DAILY PARKING PASSES; JUROR PASSES.

   The City Manager is hereby authorized to establish and administer a procedure to:

   (a)   Issue daily parking permits to members of any club, organization or group attending its convention, conference or meeting upon written application to the City Manager. Such daily parking permits shall be for one-day parking in any metered off-street parking lot and shall cost one dollar ($1.00) each;

   (b)   Issue daily parking permits to residents who are summoned for jury duty in the Butler County Common Pleas Court. Such daily parking permits, termed a Juror’s Pass, shall entitle a juror to park one motor vehicle in the Municipal Parking Garage in spaces designated for hourly rental and to pay the hourly rental fees set forth in Section 353.16(c) to a maximum charge of two dollars ($2.00) upon presentation of a validated Juror’s Pass to the parking attendant when exiting the garage, which charge shall be invoiced to Butler County, Ohio, by the Director of Finance in lieu of receiving payment from each juror; and

   (c)   Issue daily, free parking permits to residents who are summoned for jury duty in the Hamilton Municipal Court. Such daily, free parking permits, termed Municipal Court Juror’s Pass, shall entitle a juror to park one motor vehicle in the Municipal Parking Garage, free of charge, in spaces designated for hourly rental upon presentation of a validated Juror’s Pass to the parking attendant when exiting the garage.
