977.05 PICNIC SHELTER AND LOG CABIN RESERVATIONS.
      (a)   “Resident” means an individual domiciled in the City.
      (b)    Reservations for the use of picnic shelters and log cabins shall be made at the office of the Department of Public Works.

   (c)   Fees for the reservation of picnic shelters and log cabins shall be as follows and may be refundable.

   (d)   The City Manager may, but is not required to, modify or waive the fees set forth in subsection 977.05(c) under the following conditions and as the City Manager determines to be necessary:
      (1)   If the organization or sponsor for the event is a non-profit organization exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code;
      (2)   If the payment of overtime is not required for any city employees for any purpose related to said picnic shelter and log cabin; and
      (3)   If the City Manager deems a modification or waiver is appropriate taking into consideration the benefit to the public and/or the purpose of the event for which a picnic shelter or log cabin is to be used.
