721.06 DISORDERLY CONDUCT PROHIBITED.

   It shall be unlawful for any holder of a public dance hall license or for any of his employees, agents or representatives, or for any grantee of a permit under the provisions of Section 721.05 to countenance or knowingly to permit any disorder, or any conduct or act of a gross, vile, vulgar or indecent character or nature in any public dance hall, at any public dance, or at any class in dancing or to permit any person of bad moral character to be present or in attendance at the same.
