(A) Officers of the Village who hold office shall receive the following annual salaries as compensation for the duties of their respective offices:
(1) Village President $3,000.00
(2) Village Clerk 2,500.00
(3) Village Trustee 1,125.00
(4) The Village President shall have the use of a cell phone for Village purposes.
(B) The salaries of these officers shall be payable monthly.
(C) Any officer missing more than two (2) regular monthly meetings during the fiscal year shall have deducted from his/her salary an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) the annual salary per such missed meeting.
(D) In addition to the regular annual salary indicated above, every elected officer in attendance at special meetings shall receive the sum of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) per such special meeting.
(E) In addition to the regular salary and the Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) per special meeting, the Village President shall receive the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per meeting or function where official Village Business is conducted at a time other than a regular or special meeting (e.g. Zoning meetings, committee meetings). The Village President shall be provided with a cell phone for Village use.
(F) Trustees shall also receive Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for attending a committee meeting or Village public hearing.
(G) Officers of the Village who hold appointed office shall receive the following annual salaries as compensation for the duties of their respective offices.
(1) Village Treasurer $5,000.00
(2) Planning Commission Members 75.00 per day meeting
