ARTICLE I – DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED
33-1-1 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby established a Department of the municipal government which shall be known as the Street Department. It shall embrace the Water, Sewer & Street Committee, the Superintendent, and the employees. The Village Engineer shall serve as ex-officio officer.
