(A) The deposit and rental fees for the use of the Community Center shall be: Small Room rental one hundred dollars ($100.00) and deposit one hundred dollars ($100.00), the Large Room rental fee two hundred dollars ($200.00) and deposit two hundred dollars ($200.00), and the Building rental fee six hundred dollars ($600.00) and deposit six hundred dollars ($600.00); the Pavilion rental fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(B) The Rental Agreement attached in Exhibit "A" shall be completed by the applicant for the Village of Hamel.
