The Petty Cash shall be Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). The Collector and Superintendent of Works may spend Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in any given month on expenses related to their office. The Mayor shall be allowed to spend One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in any given month on expenses for the Village. They shall be required to report to the Village Board if they take that action. Pre-approval is required for all expenses over One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) except in the case of emergencies, when the expense would be presented to the Board at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting.
