(A) Any person who violates a provision of this Article may be punished by a fine of no more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). All fines under this Article may be satisfied by cash payment or community service.
(B) Any person who commits a subsequent violation of this Article, occurring within one year of a violation, may be punished by a fine of no more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). All fines under this Article may be satisfied by cash payment or community service.
(C) Each occurrence of a violation of this Article or, in the case of a continuous violation, each day a violation occurs or continues, constitutes a separate offense and shall be punishable separately.
