7-2-10 PENALTY.  
   Any violation of any provision of Chapter 7, Article II  is deemed a violation of the Hamel Revised Code of Ordinances, subject to prosecution as an Ordinance Violation, and punishable in accordance with the Village of Hamel 's general penalty provision.
