Certain documents, one (1) copy of each which are on file in the office of the Village Clerk being marked and designated as the “2009 International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings,” and the “2009 International Commercial Code,” as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., are hereby adopted as the Building Code of the Village of Hamel in the State of Illinois for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings, and the International Commercial Code, are hereby referred to, adoption and made a part thereof as if fully set out in this Chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Section 6-1-3 of this Article.
