§ 130.01 MISDEMEANORS UNDER STATE LAW ADOPTED.

All misdemeanors named in the Texas Penal Code for which the Municipal Court has jurisdiction are hereby declared to be offenses against the city, and the fines and penalties and other punishments shall be the same as prescribed in the Texas Penal Code.
