§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 130.17 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500. Each day of violation and each incident of violation of § 130.17 shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates § 130.40 et seq. shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $500; each continuing day’s violation of any of these sections shall constitute a separate offense.
