§ 91.32 KEEPING COTTON NEAR DWELLINGS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to keep or store any cotton in any yard, lot or other place nearer than 50 feet from any house or building where there is any fire kept or used, without the consent of the owner of such house or building, unless the such cotton be securely closed and covered so as to protect it from flying sparks or fire.
