Any person, natural or corporate, engaged in the installation of plumbing, pipes, conduits, fixtures and related items and equipment installed in, about or upon any building, residential or commercial or otherwise in the city, shall be deemed to be a plumbing contractor, and shall be licensed in compliance with and as required by and according to methods outlined and set forth in the provisions of this chapter.
