There should be levied and taxed as charged for the building permits based upon and according to those recommendations of the building inspector hereto submitted in the attached Permit Fee Schedule and approved by the City Council. Such recommendations and amendments to the Permit Fee Schedule may be submitted to the City Council for approval in the future.
Copies of the Fee Schedule shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk and are to be available for public inspection.
