4-304: PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION:

Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Each rule violated and each occurrence shall constitute a separate violation of this chapter. (Ord. 604, 9-21-2010)
