17-505: FEES:

There shall be charged, assessed, and collected from each residential unit and commercial unit within the City limits a monthly amount as set by the City Council by ordinance or resolution. A copy of the current fees in effect shall be kept in the City Clerk's Office. Persons aggrieved pursuant to this section may appeal to the City Council. (Ord. 352, 9-17-1991)
