A. The city hereby accepts the proposal of the city council of The Grove Municipal Services Trust of the Grove Municipal Services Authority dated the 16th day of November, 1965 as filed with the city clerk. The mayor of the city hereby is authorized and directed to execute an instrument of amendment to the Declaration of Trust of the Grove Municipal Services Authority for and on behalf of the city.
B. The governing body of the city hereby accepts for the city the beneficial interest in the trust created by the Declaration of Trust of The Grove Municipal Services Authority dated October 2, 1956, as amended by the amendment to the Declaration of Trust of the Grove Municipal Services Authority dated the 16th day of November, 1965. The mayor of the city hereby is authorized and directed, for and on behalf of the governing body of the city, to endorse upon the instrument of amendment to the Declaration of Trust of The Grove Municipal Services Authority the acceptance of beneficial interest under the trust.
