The city hereby does consent and agree to the lease of the entire assets of the city's water and sanitary sewerage systems and facilities, and all future additions thereto, to the Grove Municipal Services Authority as authorized by statute, to be effective at the time and upon the terms and conditions specified in a certain "lease", prepared under the direction of the city council and filed in the office of the city clerk on this date; and the mayor hereby is authorized and directed, on behalf of the city, to execute and deliver the lease to the Grove Municipal Services Authority.
