17-109: DUTY TO CONSENT TO VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY OF GROVE ANNEXATION PLAN:

A. Owners requesting utility connection to property located in an unincorporated portion of Delaware County, Oklahoma and outside the corporate limits of the City of Grove shall hereby consent to Voluntary Annexation in accordance with the City of Grove Annexation Plan.
