A. Each utility account shall be charged the sum of one dollar seventy five cents ($1.75) per month per dwelling unit or commercial unit. Revenue derived shall be for the purpose of Municipal Street Lighting Program.
B. This charge shall only apply to accounts within the corporate limits of the City of Grove except this charge shall not apply to accounts established solely for the purpose of providing water for irrigation or fire protection. (Ord. 634, 11-15-2011)
