3-210: SALE AND PURCHASE TO OR BY MINORS:

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell, offer for sale, give away, procure for, or otherwise dispense to any minor any nonintoxicating beverage; or for any minor to purchase, receive or procure any nonintoxicating beverage. (Prior code § 2-21)
