A. A fixed base operator's license shall be issued subject to the condition that such licensee shall comply with all conditions hereinafter imposed. The fee for each fixed base operator's license will be according to the following schedule:
1. | Aircraft sales | $ 500.00 | per year; |
2. | Airframe and/or power plant repair | 500.00 | per year; |
3. | Aircraft rental | 1,200.00 | per year; |
4. | Flight training and instruction | 1,200.00 | per year; |
5. | Aircraft fuels and oil service | 1,200.00 | per year and .03 per gallon for each gallon of aviation fuel pumped; |
6. | Radio, instrument or propeller repair service | 500.00 | per year; |
7. | Air taxi service | 1,200.00 | per year; |
8. | Aerial applications | 200.00 | per year; |
9. | Specialized commercial flight Services | 500.00 | per year; or |
10. | Any combination thereof, or total not to exceed | 4,200.00 | per year. |
B. Each operator shall renew his license prior to July 1, of each year, and such fees shall be in addition to municipal airport property rental, landing and any other fees which may be fixed by agreement with the Grove airport managing authority. Any operator(s) failing to renew his license prior to the above date shall suspend operations from the municipal airport until such time as he shall have obtained a new license. (Ord. No. 205, 9/9/75)
