A. It shall be an offense for any person to park any type of vehicle between the hours of nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. to three o'clock (3:00) P.M., Monday through Friday for a period in excess of two (2) hours on any streets in the City limits wherein a limited parking sign is located.
B. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Section shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine not less than ten dollars ($10.00) and no more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus court costs. (Ord. 375, 6-7-1994)
