The provisions of the state motor vehicle code, Sections 1-101 et seq. of Title 41 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and the Rules of the Road, Sections 10-101 et seq. of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, and are enforceable by the city within the city limits as fully as if set out at length herein.
