14-105: UNLAWFUL TO UNDULY OBSTRUCT SIDEWALKS, PARKWAYS, STREETS AND ALLEYS:
   A.   It is unlawful for any person, business, firm or corporation to use or obstruct the sidewalks of the city in any manner so as to interfere unduly with pedestrian traffic thereon, or to use or obstruct the sidewalks, parkways, streets and alleys of the city in any manner so as to interfere unduly with lawful traffic and parking thereon.
   B.   Exceptions may be authorized by the city manager of the city of Grove, Oklahoma, on a case by case basis to allow temporary partial use of sidewalks, parkways, streets and alleys for community wide activities and events. Partial use as provided herein shall be such as, deemed appropriate by the city manager, which minimizes the temporary encroachment on the sidewalk, parkway, street, alley or public way so as to allow for the preservation of pedestrian access and movement thereon. Under no circumstances will any areas of sidewalks, parkways, streets or alleys be authorized for use if they are in disrepair such as will cause a safety hazard. (Ord. 626, 9-20-2011)
