14-101: TREES AND SHRUBBERY TO BE TRIMMED:
   A.   The owner or occupant of any premises abutting on any street or alley of this city shall trim all trees and shrubbery growing in the parking, between the sidewalks and the roadway, of any such street, and all trees and shrubbery growing on any part of the premises adjacent to the sidewalks or any street or alley, in such a manner that the boughs or limbs thereof shall not obstruct free and convenient passage and travel along the streets, sidewalks and alleys. Such trees and shrubbery shall be trimmed so that the lowest branches or foliage shall not be lower than fourteen feet (14') above the roadway of a street or alley, nor lower than nine feet (9') above the sidewalk.
   B.   The owner or occupant of any premises located at an intersection shall maintain the shrubbery within fifty feet (50') in each direction from the intersection at a height not to exceed two feet (2').
   C.   The owner or occupant of any premises abutting a public right of way and/or easement shall maintain the public right of way and/or easement in such a manner that the vegetation, brush, grass or weeds do not grow in excess of twelve inches (12") in height, and keep the right of way and/or easement clear of obstacles and permanent structures.
