12-127: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:

Any person, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of the regional planning commission established under the authorities of Sections 46-101 through 46-104 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine in the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) plus court costs.
