The regional planning commission shall operate with the same organization and rules as may from time to time be established for the city planning commission. The officers of the city planning commission shall be the officers of the regional planning commission. The regional planning commission shall keep a record of its regulations, transactions, findings and determinations, which record shall be a public record. (Ord. No. 293, 6/5/84)
