In addition to the city planning and zoning commission created and established in the city, there is hereby created the regional planning commission under the authority granted by Section 46-101 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The regional planning commission shall be composed of the membership of the city planning commission. The mayor of the city, the city engineer of the city, the chairman of the board of county commissioners of the county, and the county engineer of the county. All officers serving ex officio, including the members of the city planning commission, shall be entitled to voting membership on the regional planning commission.
