11-504: VACANCIES IN THE OFFICE OF BOARD MEMBERS:

If any member appointed to the board of commission shall desire to resign from the membership of the board, the member shall give the board a resignation in writing with at least ten (10) days notice. Upon receipt of the notice, the members of the board shall notify the mayor of the city who shall appoint another member to serve the unexpired term created by the vacancy. (Ord. No. 274, 6/15/82)
