No person shall scatter cremated remains within the cemetery, except in the designated scattering garden area, and under the supervision of the cemetery sexton or other designated city representative.
Inground cremations shall be buried in the designated inground cremation area and disposed of in a manner consistent with applicable laws of the state of Oklahoma.
Upon city approval, one cremation urn may be buried in a standard grave as allowed by the state of Oklahoma. (Ord. 675, 1-7-2014)
