Any person desiring to make donations for money, personal or real property for the benefit of the Municipal Library shall have the right to vest the title to such money or property in the Municipality, to be held and controlled by the Municipality, when accepted, according to the terms of the donation. The Municipality shall be held and considered to be a special trustee as to such property or money donated. (Ord. 432, 10-6-1998)
