The real property described as the park is to be used for recreational purposes only as per a warranty deed dated October 31, 1975, wherein Wayne Heffelman and Mildred Heffelman, husband and wife, transferred the ownership for the benefit of the city as long as the land was used for recreational, park facilities. The remainder of the land was leased to the city by the Grand River Dam Authority with the lease to expire on May 17, 1980, but the lease is to remain in full force and effect as long as the land is used for recreational purposes.
