The following described real property situated in Delaware County, State of Oklahoma, is hereby designated as Grove Springs Park:
1. Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 7, Original Town of Grove, Delaware County, Oklahoma;
2. Lots 1, 2, 3 and 7, Block 8, Original Town of Grove, Delaware County, Oklahoma;
3. Tracts Nos. 28 GR-D 1500B; 1501; and 1502 as owned by the Grand River Dam Authority in Section 6, TWP. 24 North, Range 24 East, Delaware County, Oklahoma;
4. A tract comprising 1.99 acres donated by Eva Elliott in Lot 4, Section 5, Township 24 North, Range 24 east; and
5. A tract comprised of .19 acres donated by Owen Butler and Harry Halterman of Lot 7, Block 10, original Town of Grove.
